Deer Creek Blends Golf Outing – Deposit Refund Policy

Deposits are required to reserve a team spot and are applied toward the total registration fee.

• All deposits are non-refundable.
  Due to limited team availability and event planning commitments, deposits secure your spot and remove it from availability.
• Transfers are allowed.
  If you are unable to attend, your deposit may be transferred to another player or team with prior notice.
• Event cancellation (by Deer Creek Blends):
  In the event the outing is canceled or rescheduled, deposit holders will have the option to:Transfer to the new date, or Receive a full refund.
• No-shows:
  Teams that fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
